Shipping
We ship from Germany worldwide to all international location with very few exceptions. Shipping within Germany will be DHL Packet, We ship Worldwide with Deutsche post(DHL), DHL Express UPS, FedEx. Shipping for in stock item happens within a day or two if item requires special preparation or long duration of warm-up for calibration additional time will be needed for shipping.

- Deutsche Post (DHL): 10-14 working days after dispatch. Up to four weeks for some countries. There is basic tracking available.

USA and the rest of the world
- Deutsche Post: 14-28 working days. Please allow extra time to clear customs.

Import Charges
We are located and are shipping from the EU. Shipping to any country not in the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, please make sure you are aware of these before ordering.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. You do not even have to give a reason although it would be helpful if you could to help us improve our services

Refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us using website contact form or send an email.

Receiving an Incorrect Item
We do check each order prior to dispatch however mistakes do happen. If you receive an item you didn’t order we will ship the correct item to you immediately and we will come to an arrangement on how to retrieve the incorrect item.
